The room was really nice and clean.

The service was abysmal, with untrained staff causing delays and a lack of professionalism. The hotel had indeed a great location close to the Harbor. Amazingly friendly staff, gave a lot of information. We stayed in the superior twin room, the room was well-equipped and tidy.

The dining experience was tragically lacking, like waiting almost 2 hours for a rubber steak. The gym equipment was out of order and who could enjoy a workout with that? I was expecting a room upgrade as a simple gesture of goodwill, but of course, that didn't happen. I almost thought I'd give a good review but just couldn't.
